REDOX^® tarnishing colours

Versatile all-rounders

After firing, REDOX^® tarnishing colours bond permanently to ceramic bodies, pervading deep inside them. The colours can be mixed together and can be applied on top of one another to achieve quite individual colour effects depending on the thickness of the application. Dry scattering through a fine sieve also leads to special results.

Firing in reducing or oxidizing atmospheres results in an enormous variety of firing colours. REDOX^® can be used to outstanding effect in combination with ENGOSYN^® special engobes in fast firing applications.
